All U.S. locations are shipped via USPS
All International locations are shipped via FedEx
Tracking numbers will be sent via email IF provided by shipping handler.
Refunds and Exchanges
We all make mistakes right?
If there is ever an error on my end of the deal such as:
- Cosmetic damages on pieces that are NOT inflicted by shipping and handling
- Wrong item shipped
- Poor print quality
If you believe I have made one these mistakes listed above email me at [email protected], subject line "Return/Exchange", and attach photos of the damaged piece.
If you do not provide photos there will be NO refund or exchange.
After receiving your message and photos I will fix and resend, free of charge.
Even after if you're feeling that I did not fix what was required- message me again with photos and I will issue a full or partial refund.
Again- no photos? NO refund or exchange.
If there is ever an error that does not fall under what is listed above still let me know!
